Exzema or what

Hello, I have had for life exzema (eczema) on my hands (and feet).  The exzema (eczema) on my feet left me after the birth of two boys in the late 80's.  Now, I am 51, and my exzema (eczema) has come back on my hands and something (which feels and seems different is appearing first time on my right foot only and looks like splotches (word?) or a bunch of circles they start out with tiny clear appearing blisters and they were very itchy.  Like a poor example adult, I scratched them until I shouldn't have, now they are healing and the red marks will not go away..  Any ideas of what this is?  Until last night it was symptom free.  I must have rubbed my 4th toe in raw, because it is now red and swollen.  Is this never ending?  
The itching feels much more intense than eczema ever has.  But saying that my body is changing all of the time when it comes to this skin disorder.  Any idea's.?  Thanks much.

It looks like pompholyx from your symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.

Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
