Eye sore that looks like tiny pimple on bottom of eyelid help

Please help because the average wait at S.F. is about 4 to 5 hours literally. I have noticed that my right upper eyelid had been red the past few days. I remember rubbing my eyes hard a few days ago. Today there is a small pain when I blink so I looked in the mirror closely. Not inside my upper eyelid and not on the out side of it either. Directly on the bottom of my upper right eyelid looks like a tiny pimple. It has a tiny white dot in the middle just like a pimple. What should I do to keep this thing from growing? PLEASE HELP

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it sounds like a stye.It is an infection of the sebaceous glands at the base of the eyelashes and presents as yellowish bump with tenderness, pain, and redness in the affected area.
Apply hot wet compresses on the swelling and consult an ophthalmologist for topical or systemic antibiotics prescription.Avoid eye makeup and keep the area clean.
