Eyebrow and eyelash hair loss

Hi,
I am a female -35 years old, healthy.
I am experiencing eyebrow hair loss on both sided for about 6 months and from last month I see my eyelashes falling out too. Seem like the hair has gone really weak. My head hair seems fine(thanks to God).
Thyroid test with my GP turned out fine but when I went to naturopath she tested me and said that I have hypothyroidism and she gave me some supplements. I am hoping that that is what it is and hoping that it is not alopecia.
Naturopath also did food allergy test(by taking my blood) to test delayed reaction to foods and gave me a huge lis tof things I should avoid including milk, sugar, wheat etc.

I am following her instructions from last week.
Based on your experience, please answer and let me know of your opinion on what you think it is.
Is it possible to have alopecia only on eyebrows and eyelashes and not on head.

Thanks for the answers. Do you believe that the way naturopath is treating me would work. Do you believe that avoiding the foods that showed by in allergy test would help?
