Eyelash and Eyebrow Growth

What kind of treatment can I apply to my eyelashes? About 4 years ago I pulled my eyelashes all out removing fake eyelashes without adhesive remover. They are so few I can count them. They are growing at an extremely slow rate, I use Talika but my busy days dont allow me to apply it twice a day, everyday. I need help, a cure for faster growth.
What kind of treatment can I apply to my eyebrows? They are so thin that I'm thinking of an eyebrow tatoo. I can't swim without fearing the water will wash off the eye pencil I use to paint them in. I can't go get facials without being embarrassed. Help!
