FORESKIN BURNSING ON ERECTION

AGE-53 - Sugar complaint since one month -  PBS 170 / PP 270
Married  - using condom
No outside sex
burning sensation while stretching during  erection since two weeks

The skin on the underside of my penis, the area where it is wrinkled when flaccid, looks  little red and feel burning while the foreskin is pushed back since 15 days  or so. It checked out by doctor recently and advised  HH DERM cream (Mometasone furoate +Fusidic Acid + Clotrimazole ), told not an STD.  I first see  some  little red line  like a small break  on  the foreskin after  sex  in the morning though I used  condom and use dettol liquid while bathing . I doubt  using of  dettol  liquid  with water while bathing  is reason for  it.  However, I've  simply abstaining from sex for two weeks , the broken on foreskin is disappeared but  the foreskin  does not stretch   while getting an erection feels burning if push back forcible & looking mild red about 1  inch of foreskin
Shall I use the following Medicine next

- 1% hydrocortizone
- vitamin A cream
- bacitracin oinment
- zinc oxide ointment

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like fungal infection of the foreskin which is causing difficulty in retraction. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
