Hi,

How old are you?

Are you male or female?

What were the conditions or events surrounding the onset of the rash?

How would describe these rash?

Is this present all over the face or is it more localized in certain parts of the face only?

Is the rash itchy?

Is it present as one confluent rash or are they made up of small blisters or pimple like bumps?

Do you have any known allergies?
