Facial Redness, Bumps, Burning, Plz help =(

Hi I'm unsure of what condition my face has but basically, it has been very red around cheeks, chin, and forehead for like 2 months. Tiny dots and also buring feel when I use products. I tried a steriod cream and it didn't help. I tried switching products it didn't help. Can anyone at least maybe tell me what I'm dealing with here =( thank you!
