Facial Rosacea & Psoriasis Question

I have mild plaque psoriasis everywhere on my body including my scalp, ears, nose & eyebrows.
My dermatologist says that I have developed Rosacea due to usage of steroid creams, sun exposure etc.

I was rx Metrogel for Rosacea, Narrow Band UVB for Facial Psoriasis and Vitec Lotion as a night moisturizer.
Metrogel is helping a lot with the acne bit of Rosacea and Vitec Lotion has 14% Vitamin E so it is supposed to help with the sun damage and UVB damage.

My question is, are there any concerns with using Phototherapy at the same time as using MetroGel ?
Also, can it interact with 14% Vitamin E Lotion ?
Last, but not the least, is Vitec Lotion really a good lotion for Rosacea and psoriasis.
