Facial Wasting

Hi:
I have recently lost about 30 lbs. It looks great on my body but not my face. My face looks sunken in below my cheeks. I was told that the filler for this would cost about 3000.00 and it would take 3 treatments over 3 months. I am wondering if you had one or two treatments if it would look better. As a guy, I am not keen on looking like one of the "Real Housewives". Your help is appreciated.
