Fear of spots on my thigh? ? Help ! HELP ! what could these spots be ? kaposi or herald or dermatofibroma ? HELP ! HELP!

I'm not sexually active or haven't indulged in anything risky like injecting drugs or underwent an organ transplant.
The only thing I have ever indulged is solo masturbation (regular masturbation and prone masturbation)
Prone masturbation is masturbation on floor, bed, carpet, sheet etc in a face down position which I switched since i found it uncomfortable, as a kid when I was 12.

The reason why I am worried is because I have 5 spots/lesions on my right thigh for almost 8-9 years now which have remained intact.
It appeared when I was 14 and now I am 23. These dont itch or pain or blanch.First three spots are slightly raised and two are in line with my skin. Looks waxy. I have a hairy body. I'm dark brown complexion. Spots look slightly reddish under light in my dark brown skin.

Is this how Kaposi sarcoma behaves?
Does KS remain as such on ones body for years intact?
How does it change overtime once it appears on the skin? does it pain or swell with time?
