Feeling Weird.

Ok, so about a month ago, I got this boil thing on my inner thigh. It hasn't gone away. It popped twice, but it's still there. It's alot smaller than it was at first. It itches really bad. And recently (the past 2 days) I've been getting stomachaches. Not really bad but enough to be unpleasant. I read about staph infection and was wondering if maybe that could be what I have? I don't know if the two are related, or if  a month after the thing showing up is to late to have staph infection or what. I don't really have the money to go to the doctor right now, so all the information I can get would be nice. I don't have a fever or the chills or any other staph infection symptoms. I don't know what to do.
