Fine Red itchy pimples

Have recently started having red itchy pimples all over my body except face. Could you enlighten me what is could be and causing it. Been to two doctors and taken various ellergy and other medication and it aint helping.

I just had a itching, tiny blister like problem break out on my legs, arms, top of feet. Like you state, everywhere but face. It started out almost like chicken pox. I finally went to the dermatoligist and she said it was folliculitis. She put me on antibiotics, and took a culture of a place I had itched into a open sore. Culture came back as staph infection. Places I had scratched have still not healed completley. She did say the calamine lotion I used to stop the itching dried the skin and aggravated the condition.
