All meds. were stopped and Clobetasol was used for 2 wks. and currently using a weaker steroid cream for 2 more wks. The condition is unchanged. What other options for treatment are available ? This condtion has destroyed my confidence and my sex life over the past 6 mos. Thank you.

Hi,

Could you describe the lesions in detail so that we might be able to help you.

What is the size and exact site? Is there any history of trauma or injury to the site. Are you on any  other medications?

Is there any rash associated or itching?

Let us know the above details and also if you need any other information.

Regards.

One hyperpigmented lesion the size of a quarter on the side and glans. No trauma except mild friction from intercourse. No other meds., no rash only very mild occasional itching. What are my options for care ?
