Flat Flesh-Colored Patches of Skin on Back
I have a number of flat flesh-colored patches of skin on my back; they're a bit darker than the rest of my skin, but don't seem raised. They are a bit dry compared to the rest of my skin, and are roughly round. Some seem to blend into one another (i.e. where one spot ends, another immediately begins). Each individual spot seems to range from 2/8ths of inch, to 3/8ths of an inch.

Any ideas on what these might be? Please see attached photo.

Many thanks!
