Flat white dots and lines on penis

Hello I am 16 and I have these textureless white things on the base of my penis on the shaft. One is a circle with a kind of a line going horizontally from it , and the other is a small dot shaped thing under the circle and line. They are odorless, dont itch, basically I would not notice them if they were not white. They are not raised, would just belnd in with my skin if they were not white, and when take a shower in hot water they change color like the rest of my skin normally does. I have only had one sexual encounter ever and it was with my mouth. Somtimes I think they are soreading but not sure, My father is a general doctor and he said it was fungus, but I have been using antifungal medication for 2-3 weeks (although I sometimes forget to use it and when I remember only apply it once a day. What do you think this could be, it is really worrying me.

I agree with your father that these flat, hypopigmented patches can be due to fungal infection. The other possibility is of vitiligo. It is a pigmentation disorder in which melanocytes (the cells that make pigment) in the skin are destroyed. As a result, white patches appear on the skin in different parts of the body.
I suggest you to get an examination done from a dermatologist.
