Folliculitis, Psoriasis or something else??

Hi, I am 27 years old male, who suffers from Psoriasis and just recently diagnosed by my dermotologist with Folliculitis.  My question is that. My Psoriasis, has been recently, in my scalp, knees, inside my ear and my toros (above my belly button). I also noticed now that it is appearing around the base of my gentials (in the fold , and on the base around the shaft) and a very dark spot on my left leg ankle.

I also noticed 2 smsll pimples (non white head) on the shaft of my penis, could that be Folliculitis?? i see some Folliculitis brown spots on my thighs and pimples on the inside of my thighs. I just noticed a pimple (large and whitehead) on my chest and on the couple small pimples on the back of the scalp right at the hair line and neck area. I also see very small bumps or pimples in my face and in my arms and small bumps( non whitehead) on my scrotom and several other parts.  I also do see very small dark brown spots on several parts of my body (face, arms, hands, torso). Could that be Folliculitis ?? I just finshed the antibotics my dermatoligst and notices some pimples going away but other are not.. Will it take time??? Should I be concerend with the very dark spots around my body???  ALso how did i get Folliculitis?? Is it genetic or something i caught ?? The last time i had sex was in Dec 2000, with my ex-girlfriend, I have fooled around since then but no intercourse. I have seen pimple before but not this bad and the went away in a couple of days/weeks.  I also am recovering from a sinus cold, could this be causing the flare ups?? Please help, i am worried this is a cause for something else

I don;t see why you are so worried, because nothing you've told me sounds like anything to worry about.  Folliculitis is not an STD, and for the most part goes away by itself.  It has nothing to do with psoriasis either.

Instead of looking at every spot on your body until it makes you a little crazy, I suggest you ask the doctor who diagnosed the folliculitis to look at the spots.  When you find out that they don;t mean anything, I would then stop worrying and move on.

i am 19 years old......i have recently developed a red circular rash on my FACE that looks like ringworm (or should i say takes the sharpe) but i KNOW its not. IT also loses the shape after a day or two of existing and forms into different things,sometimes connects to eachother and becomes larger with still a red "ring" around it....like an ameoba (amoeba)!?! ITs itchy as well.....i had gone to the doctor and was treated for strep throat on 4/12/2006......they gave me a shot of anti-infamitory and prescribed me OMNICEF......as far back as i can remember i have never had any allergies to ANY medications what-so-ever....the next day i went to the dentist because of horrible pains.....they couldnt do anything because of infections so she prescribed me penicillin and 800 mg of ibuprofen.....i've been on BOTH of those from the dentist before for about 4/5 years so i have a feeling it cant possibly be that, i even told them that i was on OMNICEF before they prescribed penicillin and ibuprofen so it wouldnt be a problem.... THe called the doctor and told her and she said it was because i am mixing antibiotics and my body shouldnt have that many in my system, etc.

In which case i will stop takin the OMNICEF (like they said) and continue with the penicillin and so forth.....IN CONCLUSION this rash was at first just one and then another on the other side of my face as well........then they spread and kinda of look like hives.... now i just have red circular rashes SLIGHTY raised above the skin all over my face.....ive used almost EVERYTHING to get rid of it after i read about side effects or reactions...
