Folliculitis or Festulia

I get these red bumps on my butt cheeks and sometimes on my neck. They start out burning so much i scrape the top off to get it to quit. Sometimes right after scraping the top off i get some blood. After the blood it seems like some clear fluid. Then it seems to surround the original area. Then kinda like a sore. When i jerk the scab off or whatever it is then there is what looks like a white thorn stuck to the scab and it seems to have a cord to it. Bleeds like crazy for a moment and until i get everyone of those white thorns pulled it will never go away.
Thought or ideas please.

Sounds like a pimple, or likely folliculitis.  Hibiclens cleanser along with some bacitracin would help it clear up.
