Folliculitus in FEb,,, NOw i Have some crazy stuff going on

i had a Violent,,,, heavily swollen beard... in Feb 2008,,,,,after my first experiment with Cigar smokin,,,the day after smoking my face just blew up.....i went to the emergency room and they put me on Dicloxacillin and Cephalexin.....for 10-15 days. Eventually within a month my face was back to normal.....But then i started to experience,,,,tingling in my fingers and toes (Late March)........By 2nd week of APRIL i enter into a relationship and begin to have sex.....i had unprotected sex with my girlfriend....when i went down on her my previous infected beard area felt inflamed and irritated...2 weeks later,,,, i see folliculitus (folliculitis) bumps on my arms knees......pubic hair area of my penis shaft and 1-2 smilar bumps on my scrotum.(the bumps on my genital area last maybe 3-5 days,( i put peroxide on them)........2 to 3 weeks following the uprotected sex.... i begin to feel a tugging and stinging sensation in my scrotum and penis..... i do not see any discharge.....NOW..AUGust.... my Folliculitus (folliculitis) has returned in the same exact areas i noticed them following the unprotected sex.......

She has taken all her STD test and they came back negative as i did, and they all came back negative.....I am now experiencing extreme gassyness and pain in my lymph nodes....a urologist checked me out and said i have Prostatitis,,,,,, Can Folliculitus (folliculitis) travel to the prostate and inflame it?
--What should i do.... MY Urologist refuses to medicate me,,,,, b/c when he put me on Levaquin i had a bad reaction to it (weak knees, Sholder blade rash).....what should i be concerned with .... Iam also experiencing some joint pain....most notable in shoulder following the 7 days of Levaquin...

Please let me know what you think is going on

ALSO DURING THE month of March,,, my girlfriend and i were playin around and she bit me,,,,braking the skin on my inner thigh,,,2-5 days later i had a rash underneath the area she bit,,,, i also saw it on my other leg. for about 5-8 days but eventually went away........These low grade red areas,,,,, have returned,,,,,,recently... the last 2 weeks of July
