Grace and Sarah, I've had the same problems - treatment with creams and oral antibiotics, but it's worse instead of better. Have you noticed any improvement, and what seemed to work the best? Thank you.
Paula, your situation sounds very similar to mine. I've been on treatment, and have not noticed any improvement. Have your symptoms diminished? Thanks.
Your case sounds very familiar to me. We have been researching strange and unusual skin invasions by fungi and parasites as well as parasitic fungi and we've recently made some great discoveries in the field. I think should contact us so we could present a few symptomatic questions to you to see if we may be able to help you. If anyone else suffers from strange skin conditions like tiny black specks coming from the skin pores, white granules coming from skin, strange fibers protruding from skin, or other conditions such as Lyme disease, or invisible skin parasites, they, also should get in touch with us. if it IS the condition we have been working on, there is a cheap and very successful cure for it.

Hi Grace,
Did you have any luck with treating your follicultis? I'm currently having the same problem and would like to know what you are using and your progress. Thank you very much.
Folliculitis is not contagious. Sweat and oil application sometimes plays a role. The marks can last a while but don't scar. Oral antibiotics are worth a try but often don't help. I suggest completing a full course of them. Other treatments that help include washing with PhisoHex or other antiseptic cleanser and apllication of Bacroban or other antibiotic ointment to the spots and to the nostrils, where staph germs sometimes hang out.
Whatever you do, please don't pick or squeeze the spots out of frustration. That delays healing significantly.
Best.
