Follow Up

Hi Doctor,
Wanted to follow up on something
I wrote to you a while back after experiencing shaving
irritation on genitals (scrotum, multiple bump ups)a day after and then several pinhead size white spots on lower penis a day after that. I popped the "whiteheads" which released small amount of liquidy fluid. Cleared up in two - three days after cleaning with ethyl alcohol and peroxide. Its been a week and a half and I developed another singular swelling on upper scrotum just south of previous spots. I of course did
the nail to nail popping of this which took a lot of pressure
and then bled significantly. Hit with ethyl alcohol and then betadyne and cleared in 3 - 4 days. I was recently tested
for both herpes which was negative but will see doctor again soon. Have had some leg pains but could easily be attributed to spending way too much time sitting at work and in vehicle and
no doubt amplified by stress and anxiety.
Could something like this be still from shaving irritation
after week and a half?
I haven't shaved again so hair is growing back.
Didn't have any ulceration with previous spots but
would that not happen by popping them or would ulcers
always develop. Previous spots were in same area but not clustered against each other. Everything clears up quickly as stated.
Any info you have would be appreciated. I will
see my doctor this week (won't be anything to show but will ask).
I'm tired of checking my unit all the time but want to
and will be responsible.

Yes, indeed, it still could be from shaving irritation.  I strongly endorse your desire not to keep examining yourself.  You ought to leave the area alone and show your doctor at your next visit, so you can relax and be sure you are acting in a responsible manner, because I believe you are.

Wanted to mention

"Whiteheads" originally seemed to be from or near hair follicles.
Singular pustule this time located on / over follicle or
gland? (looks like grain of rice).

my scrotum has a lot of white bumps, i am 16 years old and do not shave often, i have not had sex. Sometimes the bump is a pimple but most times white, and can get big,when i pierce it white strands come out, sometimes nothing comes it even though i am piercing very hard.what should i do, thank you.
