Foot rash

by Charlotte-Rose, Jul 06, 2007 09:42AM
My boyfriend has a rash on his foot between the fourth toe and the pinky toes on both feet (but has spread further down now). He the first time he went to the doctors about it was about 13 years ago who told him it was red blaze(?) and was given some cream. Well the cream didn't work and he has never went back to the doctors since, but its getting worse.

He says that it feels like beneth his skin is on fire and no matter how much he scratches it it still won't stop. Sometimes he even scratches it that much that between his toes start to bleed. Also if you were to look at his feet he now has noticable rough sore patches of skin on the top and below the foot.

I don't know if this is linked, but his toenails have started to hurt and are turning yellow and hard. One has even fallen off.

I have tried looking online but i couldn't really see anything.

Thanks

I tried some coal tar ointment and it seemed to help the dryness of the flaky skin afterward but my problem is the fiery irritation that occurs prior to..

Any help??
