This sounds like a plantar wart and this may need to be removed through cryosurgery or freezing. This may be painful as the wart is found on the foot and the pressure may aggravate the pain. Just continue with the medications as advised by your physician. The wart should readily slough off. If this persists however, freezing it through cryotherapy will be able to help.
Hi,
I had 3-4 big painful warts on my sole, I used Verrumal for 3 months and they disappeared completely. Now these are my tips:
1. before applying, try to cover the unaffected area around the wart with nail polish or some ointment ( such as A-D) or both of them.
2. apply Verrumal to the affected area twice a day, each time wait for it to dry, then wear socks and sneakers to keep your feet warm, if necessary put your feet in hot water.
3. after taking bath, clean the wart with a towel gently. Softened white dead skin will be removed easily in this step.
