Fordyce Condition?

Hello Doc,
I read alot of your posts regarding Fordyce condition, and have come to believe that I have it. As I am not a doctor, I would like your professional opinion. About two weeks ago, I came down with a nasty cold which turned into a sinus infection. I went to the DR who prescribed antiobiotics, and my condition became much better in a few days. During the recovery days from my sinus infection, I noticed a sheet of white spots on the center of my upper lip. As I looked closer, i noticed that they were on the top lip, slightly inside, the length of my lip. As the days progressed, more spots appeared, and now I have them on my upper lip in the center outside, upper lip on the border left and right, and now in the corner of my mouth moving toward the center of my bottom lip. It appears to be Fordyce to me, as they have not changed at all, just more have appeared. However I am slightly nervous as they have appeared suddenly, and are appearing more and more. Yes, I think you're right, that's what they look like. Maybe the cold reddened your lips, so you can see the sebaceous glands better. In any case, I don't think you need to be concerned about them.

Yesterday after a lunch of Kung Pao at a Chinese restaurant, I felt some tingling in my upper lip only and then several very small white bumps grouped together appeared inside my lip with a tingling feeling. No noticeable swelling but I'm wondering if this is an allergic reaction? I'm 35 yr old Male and new to a part of California and have been also fighting a pinguecula (also due to allergies?) in the short 3 months I've been here. I have no known allergies growing up but this is all new to me and of some concern. Please advise?
