Fordyce spots, as you may already know are a benign occurrence due to the enlargement of sebaceous (oil) glands.
It usually occurs on the penis or on around the border of the lips.
The primary differential diagnosis of this condition is warts, STD's and sebaceous gland hyperplasia.
The differential diagnosis may need to be examined in this case to find out the exact cause if you suspect that this maynot be the cause,
