I have the same identical problem. You described it perfectly. I would add that whether I use sunscreen or not does not impact it. I never had it until I turned 40. I am fairFair skin cancer risks skinned too. I don't have to get burned to get it. I noticed it when cutting wood, mowing, golfing ... anything that makes me sweatSweat electrolytes test Sweat test Sweating Sweating - absent. I am not a big sweater either. I try to wash my faceFace pain soon after coming in. I don't know if that helps.
The bumps are more like surface pustule which are really tight and "crisp". They are surface and not deep like a traditional zit or ingrownIngrown toenail hair. Please help us out Doc.
What you describe seems like sweat dermatitis or heat rash or miliaria ( prickly heat).
You should try to keep the area dry and clean. Try some powder to absorb the sweat. Use a medicated sunscreen lotion - preferably one prescribed by a skin specialist and re apply it every 2 hrs. Apply calamine lotion at the sites. Was the sites with fresh water several times daily.
If the symptoms are still persistent, consult a dermatologist and get a proper clinical evaluation done.
