Yes! The rash you describe does not found at all like fungus. Eczema is much more likely to affect the penisCancer - penis Curvature of the penis Penis care (uncircumcised) Penis pain and anus and to be aggravated by intercourseCauses of painful intercourse Sexual intercourse - painful or other sources of friction. It is not contagious. My advice is to use one percent hydrocortisone, available over-the-counter, twice a day when the rash is present. The fact that the rash continually recurs is evidence that in fact there is no fungus or other infection. That is why Spectazole and other antifungal creams don't help, except to smooth a little bit.
I have a kind of white little particles that tend to appear at my penis head, it can be washed out and it falls when i rub with my finger. Whith moisture it tends to get togheter. I have 25 years old and i don't know if it's a kind of smegma or a fungus infection.
