GLANS OF PENIS

Hello Doctor, Currently I am 16 and Circumcised. I Have been masturbating since I was late 15. Since this time I have noticed that wrinkles have been showing up on my Glans (glands) Penis (or penis head) and it just looks all together dry. I was wondering if this is caused by Masturbation (pretty sure it is) and was wondering ANYTHING I can do to help and fix this problem. I have searched countless web sites, forums and help sites and couldn't find answers. Please I am begging you to put my mind at ease and give me a answer to my problem.

P.S. The problem does not seem to affect anything, just looks.

There is nothing wrong with your penis as slight wrinkling is common after puberty and hence you should not worry about it. If there is any itching, if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful then you should get it checked.
