Generalized itching and petichiae

Hi, I have had generalized itching with frequent burning/pins and needles sensations for 3 mths now.  Right before the itching started, I had diarrhea and a yeast infection.  Right after the itching started, I had an odd-looking bruise on my eyelid, swollen lymph nodes, and an ear infection.  I have very little rash with the itching, also I do random petichiae.  Other symptoms include: cronic (chronic) constipation, fatigue and irritability, although these could be attributed to other causes.  In addition, I have had tremors that last about 30 seconds in the area of my chin and right below my mouth that happen a few times a week.  I don't know if any or all of these symptoms are connected, but any insight would be greatly appreciated.  I am a 27 year old caucasion female.
