Genetal Warts or rash

So I realized when i was in the shower that there are about 10 bumps surrounding my vagina, they are about half the size of a grain of rice each and the are just raised no discoloration therefore i was wondering if they are a rash or if they are a more serious problem. they are not painful i was actually unaware of then and they tend to be irritated by temperature. I have not been sexually active for about two months now and i was wondering this is all about and if it would be a good idea to make an appointment
