Genital Pimples?

One month ago I noticed a single tiny scabbed spot on the underside of my penis.  Since then, I have had 8-10 intermittent pimples that have developed and then disappeared.  They start as tiny red bumps, become slightly more raised an develop a white head, then seem to pop on their own producing a small zit-like white substance, scab slightly, and then go away.  Each blister has lasted around 7+ days before healing completely.  Every one has been isolated and in random spots ranging from base to tip.  There is no itching, pain, redness, or any other symptoms.  After two weeks, I began using Gold Bond powder to help the situation but nothing has improved.  (There was brief swelling for the first time today after my girlfiend performed some hand to penis stimulation, but it subsided in an hour.  Maybe the Goldbond irritated it.) I have never had any STD's and neither has my girlfriend.  She has check-ups with pap smears every 6 months and is always declared very healthy.  I went to a dermatologist today and he seemed to be perplexed and took a viral culture yet to be processed.  After seemingly ruling out herpes, because it does not look like it, he concluded that it could be a weird form of herpes but was not sure.  He identified one molluscum at the base but said that it did not look like the blisters on the penis.  He did say "Where there is one virus there is a greater chance for another."  That comment provided no comfort.  I have not had intercourse with anyone but her in the last three years.  I have not been with anyone who has knowingly had any STD.  I have not been with anyone who has ever developed cold sores.  I do know that people can spread herpes without ever knowing that they have it.

1. What do you think my ailment is?  Herpes? If not, what is it?
2. Can the first symptoms of herpes occur 3+ years after exposure?
3. Can Herpes cause isolated painless itchless blisters with no other symptoms?
4. Do the symptoms of Herpes I and Herpes II differ?
5. How do I treat this?

I'm sure you realize that there is a limited amount I can tell you without seeing you.  Having said that, I will say that your condition does not sound like herpes.  Herpes produces groups of blisters, not individual ones that come and go.  (yes, you can get hepres years after exposure.  The symptoms of herpes I and II are about the same.  I say this to answer your questions, not because I think you have either one.)

As to the single molluscum, and the statement that having one virus increases the chances for another, I wouldn't make much of that.  Even if true, the statement doesn't mean you actually have another virus.  If the culture is negative, then your chances of having herpes are even less.

The penis is subject to a variety of bumps and irritations.  Over time, your and your dermatologist will figure this one out as well.  But I am confident that when you do, it won't be herpes or an STD.

I have noticed the same bumps in around my genitals, I am a female, and I am in the same situation.  My doctor has ruled out herpes, but is not sure of what it could be, she says it can be an irritation.  But I do get some burning when I use soap.  I have noticed the same bumps on my bf about 2 weeks later and sensitivity when we have sex.  I am really worried I gave him some wierd virus that is internal.  Have you found out what it could be?  I have an appointment this week, I will let you know if I found anything.

I have several maybe close to 50-100 very very small flesh coloured bumps...well not bumps i do not know how do describe them they do not stick out though,all on my scrotum.  I also have one or two larger probablly 1 to 2 mm bumps on my scrotum and on the bottom of my penis and my behind(not a homosexual never given anal sex).  I was given oral sex about a year or two ago by a former girlfriend now just a friend who has had several full physicals and had not tested positive for any STD.  She also has no visible warts on her vaginal area.  I have recently been looking up information on the internet about HPV and genital warts but genital warts are much larger and look liek they are kind of flappy(able to lift up edges) my...things? do not even pertrude form my skin with the exception of 3 or 4.  I am really concerned this could be genital warts but confused becasue I have only had oral sex with a person who has not tested positive for the STD.  I have tried the vinegar test and they did not turn white.  I am just wondering to you think this is genital warts?  If not what is it? Yesterday i noticed an above the skin white-headed pimple on the right side of my penis. and it seems like all my life i had little white dots under my penis, that were never any harm , some times i didnt notice them , it wasnt ne thing abnormal, i thought. so then i took a shower and i washed good. And today it seems like there is more white tiny pimples, ( not even above skin ) i can only see them, they are on my scrotum and the bottom of my penis where the scrotum and my penis meat. Also i noticed today that there is a brown " ring " type of thing aroung my penis, near my head, and on the bottom of my penis it is kind of a brown trail. i notice it more on an erection. I have never had sex with a women aka i have never had sex period. I am only 14. And i was looking at genital warts pictures and i almost puked. my penis does not look like that. I dont have caulliflower things. But one of them looked like a white pimple. Im very worried and i usually dont. On the major pimple on the right side. It is jsut like a regualr size pimple on a nose. Except it is white, and all around the bottom of it is red. I'm not sure if it will go away, because the last couple of days i hadnt showerd because i went in pools, jacuzzis, and a lake , almost all day in canada. I was staying in a cottage without any shower. And also one night i masturbated and i cleaned up with water, but im not sure if i cleaned up as good as i could of. i know thats disgusting, but im sorry im a guy. Please if anyone reads this i need to know what to do. im nervous that im infected with STD. or herpes. Please get back to me. hello, I recently had intercourse with a women and the next day i noticed red dots around my penis. the dots disappeared in about two days. I noticed that the tip of my penis, under the skin has some of these red dots... its been two weeks now and im wondering if someone has a general idea of what this might be and how to treat it. (the dots are less than half a centimeter in diameter.)

I've also gotten extremely small red pimple like bumps on my penis, like 2-4 for the past month.  I also have somewhat larger ones on my buttocks and near the anus.  They dont itch really at all but im kinda scared it may be herpes.  I've also had a red-like patch on the head of my penis for about a month as well, but that came immediately after i had sex about a month ago, i noticed it when i was done.  I'm scared it may be an STD, are these symtoms any similar to anyone here?  I'm getting very nervous about this.
