Genital Warts in pubic hair region

I have discovered I have two small warts next to each other, they're about in a millimeter in size each. They are about half an inch into the pubic hair from the base of my penis. They do not compromise any hair follicles. I did not know I could get them in the pubic hair region, but now I understand that this is possible. I have read all types of treatment for this, including apple cider vinegar in a little cotton ball overnight, and cryotherapy like any other skin wart, but not sure which one would work best. I do not want to cauterize them since I've heard some horror stories about that treatment. I was wondering which treatment would work best to get rid of them.

The first thing you need to do is determine whether they are in fact warts, because based on your description I have serious doubts.  They may be blocked pores, even if you can't see a follicle yourself.  Don't get them burned or the like, because then you'll never know whether they ever really needed that treatment, or any treatment.  Instead, you should see a doctor skilled in diagnosing warts, such as a dermatologist or STD specialist.  If they tell you these aren't warts, you should believe them.
