Genital Warts?

Hey everyone. I recently had an unprotected sexual encounter with a girl I didn't know well but apparently she sleeps around a lot. I would never do something like this but alcohol was involved and mistakes were made. It has been 2 months since the encounter and I have been having bad irritation problems around my genitals.

No rash or anything, but I have small white bumps on the dorsal part of the base of my penis. It is red and itchy under my foreskin and the bottom of the head of my penis is a purple kind of color and looks inflamed. I had doctors examine me physically but they all say that nothing is wrong and it is all in my head. I really hope it is and I have been telling myself it's a yeast infection, but the clostrimaderm anti-fungal cream did not seem to clear it around the head of my penis. It is still a purple kind of color at the bottom and looks wrinkly or a bunch of cuts all the way around.

This is really hard to explain and I don't know what to do. I'm negative for all STIs, so that is not a concern. The bumps on the back of my penis cannot be popped and they aren't raised much. But it feels like there is something beneath the skin, kind of like a seed.

I know I made a mistake and I am extremely upset about this. What should I do when the doctors tell me I'm fine but I am constantly irritated? Are these bumps warts? Or is this some sort of yeast infection?

All feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

I`m pretty sure the bumps are just sebaceous glands. Still a little itchy and irritated under the head of my penis and under the foreskin. I have dry and flaky skin on the glans and it`s a little red under the urethra. I stopped using the steroid cream for a yeast infection, I doubt it`s that because it would have been cleared up by now. It`s already been almost 2 months since the irritation has been going on after that incident with the girl. I`m going to use aloe and vitamin E to see if it clears up with something more natural.

Help me out guys!! :)

This bump that is infected is surrounded by a bunch of flat white bumps that can hardly be seen (Only if you stretch the skin out). The itchiness and irritation came back recently. Another symptom I have is that my tongue has blotchy white patches towards the back and it's been there for the past two months since I started having the itchy genitals and small, flat and white bumps.

This is all really strange to me. Doctors say I'm fine. This can't all be in my head.. can it?

Good afternoon Dr. Kaur! Thank you for the reply.

I still have bumps under the skin, and one got badly infected because I was constantly inspecting it and seeing if anything would come out of it. Nothing comes out it's just a small 1.5mm lump under the skin but it is healing now and I'm not as itchy and irritated as I was before. My doctor said it was fine when she looked at it.

I'm just not going to touch it because they were probably always there I just haven't noticed them until after this traumatic unprotected sexual encounter where I was inspecting myself daily. The bottom of my penis still has a purple base but I'm starting to get used to it. I'm not nearly as anxious as I was before and obviously it can be much, much worse than this.

I still have tingling around the genitals which is odd, but I guess it can be attributed to many things. This sexual encounter was around Christmas and it's mid-February so I'm assuming if I got anything substantial that tests wouldn't have picked up on, I would have gotten more severe signs by now.

My doctor referred me to a urologist because I seen her a few times already and she isn't able to give me a proper diagnosis, which is unsettling because I want to know what the bumps are. They aren't pronounced, just very little grains of rice under the skin it feels. With all my research it seems like sebaceous prominence, and potentially a small cyst in that one area. I'm not overly concerned about it but it is definitely not lichen planus as you mentioned. I don't have any symptoms of that I guess my description was not that detailed in my original posting.

Thank you very much for your input and advice.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
It can be due to fungal infection or dermatitis skin but the possibility of lichen planus needs to be ruled out. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules(flat spots) or rashes. It is an itchy papular eruption characterized by its violaceous color.

Treatment is available only on prescription and consists mainly of steroids, retinoids, hydroquinone and phototherapy.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
