Genital Zits
I am a 15 year old, I have not had sex. And I am physically active. But I have a few zit or white head looking things on my scrotum. I have two that I can pop everyday and puss will come out. Does anyone have any idea of what it is? And if so do you have a cure?
Well you see I take a shower after every time I get sweaty. I even have tried putting some acne medicine on there. Is that not good enough genital hygiene?

Red bumps which are pimple like on the genitals may be a case of folliculitis. The presence of pus usually suggests the presence of a bacterial skin infection. In the absence of sexual activity, STD's may be ruled out.
Wash the area with a mild cleanser and keep the genitals clean at all times. Observe good genital hygiene. You may need topical antibiotics for this. Discuss this with your parents so they can set an appointment with your doctor.
