Getting rid of pearly penile papules

Hey I'm a 20 year old guy who's been worried about these things on my penis for a while now, and only just found out what they really are, pearly penile papules.

Most people say "deal with it" or whatever, but in my case they are alot more noticeable and are always there, they don't just show up sometimes. The worst things is that they look like pretty severe warts. This is a problem for me, as I'm quite sexually active and like to explore many things in the bedroom, I can understand that most women would be repulsed by these things. (If I saw them like I have them on a woman I would run)

So I've heard there is laser treatment to have them removed.. if so, that is definitely what I will do. The thing is I need to find out who does the treatment. I live in Brisbane, Australia and don't even know where to start.
