Glans infection

Hello,

Iam 36 yrs of age. Around 10 yrs back, during night while sleeping, i do not know what happened, I thrusted against the bed (without clothes on). By next afternoon, My glans skin was having itching and pain. I went to the doctor and he prescribed me antibiotics/cream and everything was ok withing 10 days.

After the above incident I could notice that there are scars on my glans just like long vertical burrows. No doubt the skin was peeled off and the scars remain.

Issus is since last 10 yrs whenever I masturbate even softly, within the next one day I get itching burning on my glans and within the next 2-3 days I can see  that my skin is cracked r sometimes I see it becomes black and have to rush to doctor and they give me antibiotics/cream/antifungals and Iam ok within the next ten 7- 10 days

Now since it is been happening for the last 10 yrs , I have come to the point that I self medicate myself  based on yrs of doctors previous prescriptions and normally I take Fluocanzone and Doxyclyline and ebastine/dezloraiod orally three-five days and generally avoid antibiotic/antifungal/steriod creams   and everything is ok  and if it is sometimes not ok, I have to go to doctor and thry prescrbe some other anitbiotic and some steriod cream and then everything is ok within 7-10 days. I do not know whether it is dermatitis/allergy/infection but it is not manageable and so I self medciate or sometimes go to doctor. They have termed it balanitis but I need to be free of this  thing.

What shud I do ? last 5 yrs or so I masturbate once in a month or once in two months to avoid above situations but when i do masturbate even softly ,the above things happen. Iam single and have no sexual relationship till date.
I think after marriage, this will happen too after sexual relationship

Things were ok before the incident of doing silly thing of rubbing against bed. I used to enjoy mastubation when was around 25yrs or so and no issues at all. Guess the skin was natural at that time.

Pls help. Can Can I apply some anitbiotic/antifungal cream/steriod cream after masturbation or any vaulable suggestion

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms the possibility of eczema needs to be ruled out. The second possibility although less likely is of fungal infection. Eczema is a form of chronic dermatitis (rash).Allergic reaction is one of the important causes of eczema. Allergic reaction can occur to strong soaps, Solvents, chemicals, certain foods, food additives, plants, metals, cosmetics, even urine and faeces of some animals (dust mites).

Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. The treatment of choice is topical steroids and emollients but before using these get the diagnosis confirmed from a dermatologist by getting a skin biopsy done.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello Doctor, This is "sonu74" adn this is with regard to my above question. I forgot to mention that i cannot bring "KY gelly" home as long as iam single as it would look odd. But yes I have started using vaseline when I musturbate but again within a day or two, some itching erupts and then I get the burning sensation and  then i Know the infection will come and it does come and then i self-medicate/or go to doctor.
