Glans rash and pink bumps

Hi
6 months ago i had unprotected sex
with someone i don't know, 3 months ago i started to have a penile
pain without any skin condition, i visited the STD clinic and got tested for everything except Herpes which is not a standard test in Canada, just yesterday i started to have red Bumps on my glans (glands) and the skin started to get wrinkled and some red patches
developed as well and i got a Bump as well on the corona which is not a PPP because it is extremely pink, i haven't been to my doctor regarding this skin condition however i have been to a doctor before regarding the penile
pain which was caused by a penile
thrombosis, i forgot to say that i got married last month just to consider a yeast infection but my wife was virgin so no STD's through her.
Knowing that my penis is so stiff due to thrombosis, will that cause dryness or inflammation of skin, in other words, could penile thrombosis cause such skin variations.
i used to have keratosis pilaris on my buttocks and arms and what i have on my glans looks very similar to it, the red patches are tiny and seems to have pores and when i stretch my skin i can see a lot of them underneath the skin. there is no skin pain however i have pain related to the thrombosis.
Thanks .

I think that the rash was normal, it last for 2 days and it was very minor without any pain or any symptoms, for 3 months i was so anxious, taking pictures for my penis and focusing on it because of the persistent pain, during those 3 months i got number of skin conditions which i believe were all very normal and used to happen frequently, please imagine this with me, for three months i have been rotating my penis left and right for checking it and taking pictures, my hand was on my penis all the day, i think i did a damage to some veins, just parallel to the clot another one was formed or i believe it is an inflammed vein or artery and it is very painful to the extent i suffer while walking, i am worried that this might develop further clots and not sure what to do, to meet a specialist here i will have to wait at least for 2 months, it is very painful to touch my penis and more painful to walk i feel a severe burning underneath the skin 24/7, nothing on my skin, not sure what to do, is there anything over the counter? should i still suspect Herpes (which i am almost sure it is not) but my anxiety is fighting me, i don't have any urethral symptoms at all...one more question, in case my anxiety persists, is there a reliable Herpes test i can buy online? thanks a lot

Hello,
I can confirm the diagnosis only after an external examination. The symptoms of herpes are pain while urinating, fever, malaise, red painful blisters on external genitalia, thighs, rectum etc. Diagnosis can be made by taking a swab sample of fluid from the infected area .Did you have any of these symptoms? The diagnosis can be made easily during active infection. Penile thrombosis is the formation of a painful blood clot inside one of the veins in the penis.Pain is the common symptom of penile thrombosis, there may also be painful erections. The lesions on the glans penis that you have are most probably benign.  They could be form of pearly penile Papules or frictional keratosis especially if you masturbate heavy. Other possibility is that these could be balanitis which is an inflammation of the glans penis. It is best to get a complete check up done .Also seek treatment for penile thrombosis. Do write to me again.
Best of luck and regards!

Hello,
For your symptoms, lichen planus of the penis should be ruled out. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules(flat spots) or rashes.Treatment is available only on prescription and consists mainly of steroids, retinoids, hydroquinone and phototherapy.

You should get a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
