If it looks like I could have low vitamin A, how could I correct this? I already take vitamin A supplement since a few weeks ago (10,000 iu per day), and I have heard people being given 100,000 ui for low vitamin A. Could I take more vitamin A? or could I have a blood test for it?
I asked my GP for a test but he said there is not blood test he could give me for it (I live in UK by the way).
