Grovers Disease Treatments

My mother is 81 y/o.  She was diagnosed with Grovers Disease several years ago following a lengthy hospital stay.  It has never abated.  It is not only on her back & chest, but also on her limbs (except feet, hands, & face).  The original diagnosis was made with a biopsy, a more recent biopsy confirmed that this is still the cause of her itchy rash & red spots.  She sees a good derm doc but still suffers immeasurably with this.  The itch is severe and continuous.  She has tried prednisone, topical steroids (up to & including all forms of clobex), allergy meds, and light therapy.  Nothing has worked.
