Growth/Bumps at base of penis

Dear Doctor,

A few months back I noticed these growths on the base of my penis. Towards the front are two small raised bumps, firm to the touch and brown in color, no discomfort and it has been there long enough to rule out an ingrown hair, although thats what I assumed they were at first. On the left side I have a dark, cauliflower like growth that seems to be filled with blood. Again, no discomfort but were not there before either. I have ointment on them so they seem shiny in the pictures. I've read stuff online about HPVs and molluscum contagiosum, and I hope its neither, and just cysts or superficial blood vessels. I've been with the same woman for over a year but did have different partners prior to that. Would these go away on their own or do I need a biopsy/blood test?
Thank you for your time

I don;t think these sound like warts or molluscum.  I don't think you need a biopsy--a visit to a doctor experienced in STD's should suffice, because such things are generally diagnosed by looking.

Best.

The people at Medhelp would not let me post the pictures although I've seen other do so. Therefore I need to go into more detail. The two small raised bumps are about two millimeters in diameter and half a millimeter in height. The cauliflower like growth is about four millimeters in diameter and irregularily shaped, but round for the most part. Dark purple in color. As for the two raised bumps, they are at areas that used to itch from sweating in the gym, and from scratching I think they developed over time. I'm an expat in Shanghai, China and I wanted your opinion before going to the doctors here. Thank you.
