HELP, thin skin, striae, rosacea, persistent acne

In college I lifted weight for 3 weeks and got a thick stretch mark on my arm. I said fine, I just don't have to lift weights. At 21 I got some fine stretch marks on my hip from working at a restaurant. Life will go on. At 24, I developed a double wrinkle around my neck, thinning of the skin over the clavicles, and rosacea (what a year!). I thought it was from the jock itch cream I was taking and I waited for the wrinkles to fill back in which they didni't. Then I forgot about it. Now at 28, I developed two stomach wrinkles, persistent acne on the chest and stomach, and slow healing wounds. I also developed stretch marks on the back of my thighs from sitting for long periods of time. I was wondering what people think I have. I am slightly overweight (15 lbs). People aren't supposed to get neck wrinkles and stomach wrinkles in their twenties for christ's sake. I haven't been in a pool for 4.5 years and I used to live to go to the pool! I used to be very confident and now I can't stand to look at myself in the mirror. I talked to an endocrinologist about getting my hormone levels measured but they say you have to have "sterotypical symptoms" of some disease before they will test you. He recommended not drinking too much soda! Doctors!!!!!!!!  I don't have any hypermobility/hyperelasticity of skin. I don't have any bones, tendon, ligament problems either.  I am starting to see many veins under my skin (I just noticed). Its sometime to do with my dermis. My dam dermis. My identical twin brother has similiar symptoms so I don't think its a tumor. Any ideas? Please no stupid lotion recommendations or its all in your head bs. All I can think is it's some kind of mild Cushings (without the back hump).

Hi

Do you have images of these wrinkles?

I would like to think that this may be a hormonal problem but at this point, there are no other associated symptoms like darkening of skin behind the neck ,in the armpits and between the thighs. You have not complained of headaches, tremors, palpitations or rash. You have mentioned though that you are slightly overweight. This may be contributory to your problem. If you have been frequently dieting or if there were instances of rapid weight loss and weight gain, these may contribute to your present skin condition.

Have you been experiencing some weight problems, sleep problems and eating problems lately?

No headaches, tremors, palpitations, no darkening of skin, or rash. My weight has little to do with it. I was lean when I got the neck wrinkles. But I have stopped drinking cokes and my acne has subsighted the next day amazingly. I didn't realize how much the sugar can aggrevate acne (maybe its the caffeine). No rapid weight loss or weight gain.

It has to be hormonal, one of the dermal growth factors or their receptors, or a integrin receptor (communicates between ECM and fibroblasts).

No weight problems, sleep problems, or eating problems (I am a health nut). I hope to get my hormone levels measured but there is ******* red tape I have to get through to get them measured.
