HELP! HELP !!!! SO ITCHY

i have this huge amount of itching from my collar bone down to my waist. also my legs are horribly itchy along with my back. but something strange devolved on my left arm. on the elbow i have these red bumps almost pimple like but with no puss filling them. about 3 1/2 inches from my wrist i have this half dolor size cherry red pump with smaller less colored bumps that randomly bleed a fair amount for them being about the size of 4 pin tops poked together in one place now as i write this my face and right arm start to itch a lot please help as soon as possiable

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to allergies, viral infections, scabies or hives. Scabies is an infestation of the skin with the Sarcoptes scabiei mite. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
