HELP ME, SKIN CANCER?

Recently i noticed what i thought was a pimple. it is in between my eyebrow and my nose. it never wa red, or came to a head like a pimple normally would. i tried to pop it, and it just bled i saw no puss come out. it also hasn't felt like it has gone down to terribly much. i am not sure how log it has been there. it isn't very noticable but you can see a bump. first of all, would a pimple just bleed and not puss? and wouldn't it be getting smaller as the first time i tried was almost 2 days ago now. 2nd could it be skin cancer? i read something about basal cell carcinoma and there was a pictur of a guy that had it in the same spot that i did. i desperately need some advice. i am not sure what it could be. and another thing is it never hurt like pimples would normally. at least i dont remember if it ever did. please someone help me.

May be just a furuncle.Pic would help.Basal ca does not pop up acute.Show your doctor.

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be an infected hair follicle,boil or a furuncle.Pls don’t worry as it does not sound like any skin cancer.

Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.
