HELP ME PLEASE

hi, im 16 and i have these white dots all over the side of my penis head, they have been there for a year now. i have been sexualy active and after i ejaculate my penis head burns. i was wondering if this was an STD or not. Also i have dark brown marks on the tip of my penis head. Please help me out im nervous.

For how long have you noticed these white dots in your penis head?

Do these white dots occur singly or do they appear in clusters?

Also how would you characterize these white dots ? Are they shiny or scaly? Are they flat or elevated?

Do they contain fluid?

Are these white dots localized on the head of the penis or do they appear along the shaft?

With a significant sexual history,these white dots need to be evaluated.I suggest that you ask someone to set an appointment for you to get a consult with your primary physician or a urologist.These may be normal or benign structures.But since you have noted in your post that you have been sexually active further evaluation is required.Viral and bacterial infections are part of the differential.

Do not apply medications in the area prior to getting a complete assessment.This may aggravate your condition.
