HELP ME (impatago )

I have had impetago for about a month and a half. i didnt know i had it until 3 days ago when i finnally decided to goto the clinic me and my mom both thought they were bites, anyways ive been on this gross pill 500mg four times a day and fucidin cream, its been really itchy and it still isnt alot better, its all over my legs,tummy ,arms chest,  and even around my middle area (not on it around it) i have taken benedryl and put on calamine lotion and taking oatmeal baths to help it doesnt keep me satisfied for long, im only 13 and its really really bugging me can someone please tell me how to get rid of it quicker or get rid of the itchiness faster, it gets to the point where i CANT HELP SCRATCHING, i actually get to the point where i have no control and i go crazy, ive bled some from it, i really need help so please give me some advice as fast as possible :'(
