HELP PLEASE

Someone please help mee.. I been haveing little red bumbs all over my body but my face and they are really itchey and i went to the doctors 4 times for this and i asked then if it was Scabies or bed bug bites and they said not i really wanna know what it is my daughter dont have it so i dont know if it is catchable or not someone please HELP

Although the symptoms are not typically suggestive of scabies but we need to confirm the diagnosis first. Moreover scabies is a contagious disease which effects other family members also. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.

It can be due to contact dermatitis, allergic reaction, heat rash or sweat dermatitis or hives.
