HELP PLZ! 10months and still HPV Warts

Please help me on this its been 10 months now and the warts have not stopped, havent had any sort of sexual contact since.
i have used 5 boxes of aldara helps but they keep coming back. Im on vitamins,l-lysine and holistic treatment to boost my immune system and they still wont go. I have had laser treatment too. I have used verrumal solution .
I even ordered wartol but too afraid to use it as im not sure if it actually helps or not. I also tried antivirals to see if it helps,
I have used wartec but it always made things worse. I have them around the anus and around the outside of the vagina on pubic hair area. i have low risk hpv but how long am i going to remain like this seems its never going to go:( Ive spent so much money on treatments and really cant afford anymore.
totally devasted
any advice would be great im seriously giving up.

For small warts that affect only the skin around the anus, several medications(like podophyllum resin, Podofilox (Condylox), Trichloroacetic and bichloroacetic acids, Imiquimod 5% cream and interferons) are available, which can be applied directly to the surface of the warts.Other treatment options include electrical cautery, surgical removal, Carbon dioxide laser treatment and electrodesiccation.

In my opinion you should talk to a cosmetologist/dermatologist about this and get these warts evaluated.
