HELP!

I have acne and have a cream laying around from excema (mometasome furoate 0.1%) I decided to put a little bit of it on the areas I am breaking out but now I went into the bathroom and I have a patch of white skin where the cream was put!!!! PLEASE HELP! This looks terrible, I have huge white patches of skin on the side of my face, when will these patches fade and what can I do!?!? I washed my face immediently when I noticed but that didn't make a diffenence. I feel as though I am about to faint litterally over here, acne is bad enough, huge white patches??? You've got to be kidding me! :( :(
