HERPES or BALANITIS

I had protected sex in first week of march in a massage parlor for the frst time in thailand.
out of fear, guilt i overcleaned the area with liquid soap and body wash for almost a week.
ever since the time of intercourse i have noticed some redishness on the upper side right over the opening of urethra, but no other sypmtoms apart from these.
almost after 2 months i sarted noticing redishness with slight purpule color, covering the entire penis head in patches. which went off the other morning.
I showed it to one of the urologists and he suggested Candid B. He though thought t was nothing much but may b a condom allergy.
After applying da ointment locally during bed time for a week, again noticed the same conditon and then finally went to a Skin Specialist. Since the symptoms lasted only for a day i clciked some pcitures this time and showed to skin spacialist, he diagnosed it as balanitis inflammation of penis glans and gave me an ointment again to apply locally.
after 7days of application i started to developing a small bump(not even red in color infact something like a mosquito bite n radius). the next day i noticed puss in the area and within 2 days it covered the entre penis head. the skin specialist ruled out any possibility of herpes even at this time at clnical observation.
the situation went to da pont where i started havng swelling near the rim of my penis, and finalley showed myself to a specialist of infectious diseases. On observation he diagnosed it as gental herpes and gave me a course of antibioatics with acyclovir 500mg a day course. within 4days all the area dried up and after about a course of 10 days i went again to da doctor and he suggested me to take acyclovir for 2 weeks diagnosing as chronic herpes. da course went for almost 40days.
then another doctor suggested me to go for IGG and IGM test, after almost 8months of exposure off which 40 days were with course of acyclovir 500mg, i went to test for gg and igm, both came negative.
i would wanna know if da igg comes negative after going through the course of oral acyclovir or zovirax is it still considered as CONFIRMED NEGATIVE CASE? my igg came negative after 7months too but i had also taken da course for almost a month of acyclovir 500mg eveyday. I still have PIH even after 5months of first so called outbreak
I have now stopped taking acyclovir for almost 3months and sometimes undergo slight inflammaton every month lasting a few hours max with slight redishness. Also tried not to retract my foreskin for stretch 15 days an dfound very rotten like smell for 2 days n then on 16th day saw red patches all around the penis tip
