HHV-8 virus or Kaposi's Sarcoma

Hi, I'm a m/23year. I was in high risk because of 8-9 (with condoms)sexual exposures and some of them were homosexual. Indeed, that first one of them was 22 months ago and the last one was 14 months ago. After that, i was freaked out, then 3 months after the last exposure i got tested for STD's & HIV which were all of them Negative. After that, i got tested again for just SDT's which became Negative. Indeed, here is the story, I noticed last summer a small red spot that have white in the middle which equal to the quarter coin and it was increasing but very slowly over that past months except the last 4 months which reached to 10 Centimeter. So, 2 month ago i went to a clinic where there is a general physician. She thought it was an Eczema. So, she gave me a cream to use for two weeks which didn't change anything (Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP 0.1%). Then, i went again to the same clinic for another physician which thought that it was a ringworm so she gave me a cream to use everyday 2 times for two weeks which called (30.0 Ketoconazole 2%) and two pink pills for 2 week which i took one every week (Fluconazole Tablet 150 mg the oral cure for yeast infections) After the two weeks, nothing has changed, so i returned again to the clinic which the physician made a CBC test and general culture test for that spot to make sure it's not a lime disease, Syphlilis, ringworm etc.few days later they called me and told me that all of them was negative but you still must see a Dermatology. my question has two aspects plz doctor to help me by answering them.Do i have a big chance to get HHV-8 Virus & Kaposi's Sarcoma due to my exposure ? Are these Fatal ? No-curable ?Another think which is, what if it's not what do you think doctor? Can it be a ringworm and resesting cuz i'ts very similar to Ringworm picures in the internet?  Indeed, next week i have appoinment with a Dermatologist but i'm too stressed and can't waite. if there is a way to send a picture that would be wonderful

I'm glad you're seeing a dermatologist, because that's what you need to do.  This does not sound like eczema or ringworm, but it also does not sound at all like HIV or Kaposi's Sarcoma.  I can't tell for sure from your description what you have, but the dermatologist might be able to tell just by looking or may do a biopsy or other test to find out what you have.

Best.
