HIV????

About two months ago i had unprotected sex. Since then ive been going nuts. A couple of weeks later I had a rash on my chest that led to my neck. I experienced no headaches, fevers,night sweats, flu like symptoms whatsoever. The rash itched more at night and after showering in hot water. It also irritated more when i put cologne on giving it a burning sensation. After i started showering inless hot water it felt like it went away .I then has protected sex about one month after the initial time. Next i experienced what it thought were 2 KS lesions in my neck but these seem to be going away with a cream. COULD these be symptoms of HIV PLEASE answer ASAP, Im going crazy since i had sex with my wife after this unprotected sex with another woman. NEVER AGAIN.

You have acute guilt, not HIV.  Please consult a doctor whose discretion you can trust, let all your concerns out, and get the reassurance you need.  If the doctor thinks that testing you in a few months is worthwhile, just to make double sure, that's fine, but leave that decision to the doctor.  And for your own health and peace of mind, please follow your own advice and stay away from risky business.
